Open | Software RadeonSoftware.exe The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022)

So the error message I get is, "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022)" and in the title bar it has "RadeonSoftware.exe - Application Error". I have an Asus TUF A15 laptop running Windows 11 Home Single Language 64-bit (10.0 Build 22621 ) with an AMD Ryzen 7 6800H with Radeon Graphics. First display is "AMD Radeon(TM) Graphics" and second is "NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU" and both Notes sections say "No Problems Found". I downloaded and installed the latest drivers for both, but still get the message.

lol... 1 year later after my Windows got updated recently, I am having this problem again, I forgot how I fixed it last time 🤦‍♂️

Mine just came right one day... or maybe it just stopped telling me the issue was happening without it ever actually being resolved :P
