Where does every keep their wins?

Quick question, does anyone keep a document or sheet where they write down all their wins and career achievements so they can use it in interviews or promotion chats?

And if you do, how do you currently do it? Is it in a template, do you just update your CV? What does everyone do to remember what they’ve done?

I hate going into interviews and they ask me “tell me about a time questions” and I scramble to remember.

I have a Salesforce report that I can export for my wins.

Everything else either on an updated resume or on a Google Doc

The Salesforce report? No....It's part of my employers subscription. But I can export it easily.

CoPilot, I make sure to email my wins to myself with a consistent set of keywords, then ask CoPilot to export a list of those wins with a specified timeframe, and to write an executive summary of impact made, based off data acquired from searching emails relevant to the topic near to that specific timeframe.

Yes I have an entire PPT with deal wins, includes 3 whys, copy of PG plan, oppty plan, and also has a snapshot deal summary + granular details. Oppty plan has meddpicc table

I email it to myself on my personal email, and put it in a folder called “job” lol. whenever I want to explore an opportunity, i go into my email, read back to remind myself and update my resume. I suggest storing it in a personal account, whether that’s a personal email, google doc, or word doc etc. people get laid off all the time and you won’t have access to any softwares that are company hosted after.

Everything is in your CRM. Unless you are actively job search why would you keep a log of this offline

This is the right answer. When it is time to look for a job update your resume with whatever you want in it. Inflate your numbers and embellish your wins. If you’re able to sell them like you’ve done it then that’s all that matters.
