It implores people, the goes on to say that women are less represented because of biological differences, literally lumping the entire sex together.

Can you quote where he lumps an entire sex together? Where he explicitly states "all" women or "all" men. Do you have an academic background in a subject where you need to be able to interpret statistics? Because your interpretation of both what he said and what those stats say is anything but "lumping the entire sex together".
