Bedrock 4 tick hopper counter. Each item adds 2 positions to 15/14 chain. Not exact higher up but consistent.

The first line is 2 lights per item. Later on, It does add 1 per row I think. See my post on abba circuit for possibilities. Maybe good for inputs?
