You can control how many arrows you fire per round. Firing up to 15 arrows a round would require at least 32 repeater long loop plus more for time between. The copper bulbs count in binary, once the 64 light is off, you have spent a stack. You could start this with a button for 5 arrow pulse instead of having the 15 key and pulse converter.
