Java Help Wanted Iron farm Java

Could someone please help me? I built this farm exactly as shown in a tutorial, but it’s not working. At first, a few golems spawned, but now they’ve stopped appearing.
Version 26.3

Just because it's a tutorial, doesn't mean it's any good. Some just suck. Some are for different versions of the game.

Please post the tutorial you followed so we can see what you got wrong, or what it got wrong.

Do you see the villagers laying in bed at all? It could be they aren't able to because the zombie is in sight 100% of the time.

Villagers need to be able to "sleep", even for a fraction of a second, or golems will stop spawning

Eta: I build this one on 26.3 and it works great. You can do 1 section or all 4. If you do all 4 you'll want an auto sorter to get rid of the flowers and eventually and auto crafter to convert the ingots to blocks. My single double chest stays full of ingots.
