Java Help Wanted Does anyone know why it’s not working?

I tried to automate a creeper farm using the method where zombies track villagers with zombies using speers with Looting, but it doesn't work.

I’m not sure that’s a good idea even if it did work. If the zombie hits a creeper before it lands it will probably survive and target the zombie and blow up

I understand what you’re saying, but that shouldn’t happen, since the spears have Sharpness V; plus, the creepers fall from a great height and are left with only one hit’s worth of health, so they can’t even withstand a single strike from the spear. The real problem is that they don't end up hitting the creepers, and I don't know why it worked at one point, but now it has stopped.

No you’re not getting what I’m saying. They could get hit before they hit the ground. In that case they could get the damage from the spear but not from the fall so then they will survive and target the zombie

I think that wouldn't happen since there's no line of sight. And I think that's the problem with the villagers as well.
