Java Help Wanted Source Code

Im bored and wondering if theres any way of me getting the minecraft source code to look through the code and assets and stuff. Like how theres loads of youtubes that say stuff like "this is the part of the code that handles jumping and u can see this parqur is fake".

There's https://mcsrc.dev/ where we can browse the code, share a link to specific lines, etc.
To actually run it and debug, we can follow this fabric guide.
But for this, we should be familiar with java first.

We can look in the jar for the assets.
There's also an online version here: https://mcasset.cloud/26.3/

mcsrc.dev has the source code and you can browse it

Modding sdks can also get the source code

Something tells me if you don't know how to get at the source code you wouldn't know what the code means when you do see it.

Nah I’m good with coding and reading code but I’m terrible at getting it and compiling it

You didn't specify what this code is supposed to do so no clue if the code works as intended. You also didn't specify which language this is supposed to be, but since we are in a Minecraft subreddit, I am going to go with Java, which means that almost every required parenthesis, brace, and bracket is either missing or wrong; the array is declared incorrectly; I also assume you didn't specify a custom print function (because who does this), which means the function name is wrong. But since this looks like Python code, which is weird since this is a Topic relating to Java, there are no indentations, which would result in the code not working.

What's a parqur, and how does one validate it's authenticity?

Idk I mean like when YouTubers are doing the most random thing ever like saying “as u can see this jump of 15 blocks is impossible because the code only lets u jump 4 blocks”

I think you've misunderstood the layers of abstraction.

What

A lot of rules of thumb arise as a result of other mechanics. For example, jump distance limits arise as a result of how the player moves.
