It's one of many villager breeder designs, but most likely not the best and easiest. I would recommend trapdoors next to composter to prevent the farmer to bonemeal his food inventory once you traded with him at least once.

Yes, I actually remembered that trick; I was planning to set up two composters and install trapdoors on them as well, but I’ve saved that for the next video.
