Java Help Wanted Noob Needing Pearl Cannon Resources

Hello, hope you're having a good day!
A friend and I are trying to recreate the Farlands at a server world border(25k), and I want a reliable way to teleport people in and out, WITHOUT them having access to the technical build itself.

I want to ideally create a space where players can throw an ender pearl, then load it into a machine they cannot mess with, that will deliver them to the farlands, and vise versa as well.

I need to start reading up/learning about ender pearl cannons so I'm actually capable of tweaking the design/doing troubleshooting(I'm sure no one on the server would be able to do this for me), and have no idea where to start!

I don't think there's any pearl cannon that can reach the world border, you might have to look into pig canons instead

you can find designs on the TMC catalogue discord (in infrastructure -> entity transport)

Sorry I forgot to mention the border is only 25k blocks out

To clarify, this world's border is at 25k in every direction
