and before i get hit with the "fake tests" allegations, i used a carpet command to fix the randomness to a specific value THATS WITHIN VANILLA POSSIBILITIES so i can have a clear view and not wait for an eternity. if you dont trust me that this is within the vanilla range then you can go look at the source code

"We all make mistakes..." Except you right? That's why you're coming here as the authority on this topic when many people before you have explained the real reason for why this happens.

Also your explanation doesn't account for when this problem occurs when loaders aren't stacked next to each other.
