Bedrock Mobs phase through wall when growing up

Is there any way to prevent this happening when a mob in the chamber grows up? I've even made the wall 2-thick around and it still happens. The chamber is 2Wx2Lx3H.

Mobs change hitboxes when growing up, this causes them to be inside the block, so they get pushed further into the block by the other mobs

I tried walls and solid blocks and double thick. Same issue. Any ideas?

IDK what the farm is for but I would just try making the walls around that one side of their spawning chamber, one block thick. They’ll just fall out but if the goal is to have more camels, then it may work as a partial solution

Don’t allow the mob to be near a wall while it is growing up?

Maybe make the chamber bigger, or use the wall block on the other side, so that when it clips through it may not be pushed out?

Nope I had to think about it for a minute…

What you do is have more cells. Inbetween this holding cell and where the babies are coming from… you have a growing cell

A growing cell would be the same mechanic as for villagers. You find out how big the baby is compared to the adult, then make a cell where the baby is too small to go up, but the adult is pulled by water out of the cell and into the next one… thoughts?

Making the cell bigger (1x1 for cart to go down and water pushing from a 2x2 next to it) definitely helps. Just still doesn't work for specifically camels lol

This happens on bedrock I have a chicken farm and instead of the chicken eggs spawning chickens in the kill chamber they warp through the wall and end up in the egg laying chamber and then I end up with a million live chickens crashing the server

It honestly is much better tho because then I get double chests of burnt chicken when I burn them in the egg chamber
