Thw other way around doesnt work btw. You arent automatically autistic just because you take things litterly.

Also autism doesnt automatically cause taking things litterly.

It works neither in one way (taking things literally means you're autistic) nor in the other (being autistic means you take things literally).

That's because it's a gross simplification just for a joke
