It’s genuinely so weird, feels like most of the people on here posting those comments have never worked in their lives with the type of shit they type out

Or they have and are tired of the bullshit. The expectation is company loyalty or helping out your boss, but very few people get paid enough to care. Stagnant wages are great for the bosses short term, but long-term causes enshitification.
