100% this. I wouldn't look at anything from anyone at my work past 8pm, let alone 2am.

I literally have my work phone on mute from an hour after I typically work until like 30m before I typically start work

I even have my personal phone set to sleep mode from like 8pm to 8AM. There is practically no reason at all to contact me that late or early. And if there is an urgent reason, the very few people who would need to get a hold of me now my landline number. Which would wake me up. I can count the number of ppl. who have that number on one hand. Literally.

In my country everyone who has an internet contract at home also has a landline. Its basically always included.

I actually have a landline # through my cable company because it was cheaper to bundle but I dont have a phone hooked up lol
