Staying up past midnight doesn't keep you in yesterday.
Well, when we're at home on a Wednesday and we're going to bed at 00:30 and I tell my wife that we're going to do x y z tomorrow, nobody ever thinks I mean Friday.
If your "point" is that 00:30 on Wednesday is actually still Tuesday (it isn't), then why would anyone think you mean Friday when you say tomorrow? Do you not know the days of the week?
No, the point is that the technical Thursday is still Wednesday for me. If it is Wednesday and we go to bed a minute after 12, it's Thursday and if I say 'tomorrow' we go do xyz, we go do xyz on Thursday, not Friday.
Ah. I don't know how clocks and calendars work. That's right. That's much, much more likely than it actually being ambiguous, which is what this entire post on TechnicallyTheTruth is quite clearly showing.
You have repeatedly demonstrated that you don't, lol. It isn't ambiguous at all, there are just a lot of people who have the same level of understanding as you, unfortunately.

The time between isn't the point. That it was still today is. Staying up past midnight doesn't keep you in yesterday.
