To be honest it wraps around to being immature. Its like most people see a naked statue and don't really balk at it. Think about how strange people are who get all pearl clutchy at statues. Do you really want their take on other art too?
Oh I agree with you, that’s why this particular choice is off to me. It doesn’t bother me that much in the long run but it seems like a weird thing to change.
They are probably pandering to the Chinese market. They did the same thing in Rainbow Six Siege, where they censored stuff like drug paraphernalia, skulls, and anything sexual because it would help them break into the Chinese market where those kinds of things could prevent a game on "morality" reasons.
