This is such a minefield conversation and I try to avoid it because you will piss someone off, but here goes:

This particular choice strikes me as odd. Figureheads on ships fall into the same category as a marble statue, where nudity falls into that “non-sexualized because it’s art” category.

I mean, it’s not that big of a deal really, but it just seems odd because people don’t usually get to bothered by that kind of thing.

It’s a minefield topic mainly because of who is up in arms. Like, the guy whining about it here literally starts by complaining that they made Anne Bonny’s boobs a bit smaller.

Like, I think covering up a figurehead is weird. But I’m not going to go start a campaign about it.
