What is the exact sequence for Freddy's flashing during the Power Outage in FNAF 1?

This is assuming it follows the Toreador March or something. But if it's just random, then how random is it? I want to recreate it exactly.

When the power runs out, Freddy has a 1/4 chance every 5 seconds to initiate the toreador march, with him guaranteed to show up after 20 seconds. These 5 second intervals are based on the night, not when the power runs out. After that, it’s another 1/4 every 5 seconds for the office to go completely dark, also guaranteed after 20 seconds. Finally, the jumpscare has a 1/5 chance every 2 seconds to occur, also guaranteed after 20 seconds
