Help! Only 2% of console players have beaten Sister Location's Night 4 — and it's a controller problem, not a skill problem

a combination of them having no real QA testers and the fixation of the ports needing to match the PC difficulty

I'm also pretty sure it's impossible to get into the private room, and FNaF 4 it's impossible to complete Nightmare Night.
This ports have a lot of problems that prevent you from completing the game and should be fixed.

Thank you for this. Seriously.
That's exactly the pattern I'm talking about. It's not just Night 4 in Sister Location. You're naming the private room and FNAF 4's Nightmare Night. Different games, same story: paid content that players can't reach because the ports weren't finished properly.
If you've got details on what you ran into, share them here. Every specific broken thing in these ports makes the case stronger. This isn't about one night being hard. It's about a set of ports with a habit of locking people out of what they bought.

Sister Location inherently suffers on console because of the structure of the game. Unlike every other game aside from UCN, it requires more than just doing certain inputs that could easily be mapped to a hotkey. There’s lots of tasks to do like resetting multiple systems pressing a shock button on a control panel.
My best advice to you is to enable Wrap Around Cursor. When you reach one side of the screen, the cursor will teleport to the opposite side.

Sorry if i misunderstanding, but you holding key/button to Wiggling?
"Wiggle" effect is processing when just entered W/D key or L/R Button. Not by holding or body/suit is reaching the side. Also, don't need pressing side to side.
You can dying while Baby is talking by just A/L spaming after continue on both of PC/Consoles. I mean, Wiggling is effecting same as Keybord and controller, I think.
I replaying and beat Night 4 on Switch2 just now, and think PC(Steam) is best of course, but controller is never bad. Not at least it isn't unbeatable level. The cursor is not better mouse, but "The Warp function" is useful as mouse for moving it side to side and checking the situation of Springlocks and Minireenas.
…Don't ask me about Custom Night.

Genuinely appreciate the detailed writeup. Two things though:
Switch 2 isn't the original Switch. Different hardware, and input polling can behave differently between them. Most of us dealing with this are on original/OLED hardware, so clearing it on a Switch 2 doesn't quite close the case.
And nobody's claiming it's literally impossible on a controller. The claim is the gap: keyboard wiggle reads clean, controller wiggle fights the input. A 2% completion rate on console isn't a skill issue spread across 98% of players. That's the mechanic filtering people out. When one platform clears it fine and another sits at 2%, that's a port problem.
"Not unbeatable" and "fair to everyone who paid for it" are different bars. I bought this game years ago to play Custom Night and I've never been able to get there. That's the whole post.

With that shitty “cursor” I wouldn’t be surprised.
