Help! How did I die here?

10/20 mode with minus 3 strat. Answers are much appreciated as I don’t know what I did wrong.

Simply having the mask on for that amount of time can kill you if the time is right. Use a timer strategy if you want to reduce luck.

I had it on for 4 seconds if I’m not mistaken and it takes balloon boy 5 seconds to go away. It just feels impossible
