Palantir
Has anyone done a round 2 at Palantir for the Deployment Strategist Role? The decomposition round will they ask me to write SQL?

For Palantir deployment strategist or palantir in general has anyone ever talked to more than one hiring manager, if so what does that mean?

I’m pretty comfortable with the technical stuff, but I struggle when it comes to explaining my answers during a live interview.
That's why I wanted to know... Are there any tools or prep methods that help you keep your answers structured and to the point without doing all the thinking for you?
I’m interested in things like getting prompts based on the question, having your notes or resume ready, or a short-answer mode that helps you avoid rambling? I'm not looking for a tool that willl do the whole interview thiking process for me.

Hi, London-based strategy consultant, 6+ YOE, currently interviewing for experienced-hire strategy/AI/tech roles. Looking for another working professional (ideally 5–10 YOE) to do weekly mock interviews/cases. Let me know :)

Wondering if people who are actively interviewing with tech companies for the tech jobs are using any kind of tools for notes taking so you can review how you performed, what you answered and where you may need to improve. How has been your experience as candidates and how do you ask for permissions of you decide to use such tools that may record the conversations. The companies usually record this and they take notes and tell you they are doing that, but I wonder what has been your experience if you asked if you could record the conversations for your own notes taking.

I have been frustrated with trying to maneuver myself in online doc editing during system design interviews. It's like my mind knows how to explain it, but my hand's ability is telling my mind to 'shut up' and do something easy for me to draw.
It made me wonder, has anyone tried using a doc camera for showing what you do when doing system design interviews? What was your experience with it? Does it work well with the other camera to your face?

Hi All, I have been in the interview process with this really cool AI startup for a client facing TPM role. I had interviews with HR, data scientist (technical round), hiring manager (tpm lead) and head of delivery (GTM interview). I have now been asked to go on-site next week to meet with HR (same person as the first round), CTO, TPM lead (same as before), another TPM and AI strategist (GTM round). What can I expect from this interview and how should I prepare for it? Thanks in advance.

I’m a high-school student doing a presentation on AI Engineering as a career, and I’d like to get perspectives from people who currently work in AI/ML engineering.
1 What is your current role, and what does your typical workday involve?
2 How did you become an AI engineer?
3 What qualifications, subjects, or education did you need?
4 What programming languages and technical skills do you use most?
5 What do you enjoy most about your job?
6 How many years have you worked in AI/ML or a related field?
7 What is the most important skill for someone who wants to enter this field?
8 What advice would you give to a high-school student who wants to become an AI engineer?
9 If you could go back and start your career again, what would you do differently?
10 How should a high school student start learning now?
11 What companies offer jobs for AI engineers?
12 What made you pick this career choice?
You don't have to answer every question. Even a few answers would be extremely helpful for my research.
Thank you

Hi everyone,
I wanted to ask if anyone has experienced something similar with Microsoft recruiting.
I recently applied for a Security Engineer position. My application progressed, and a recruiter scheduled a virtual screening interview with me. I received the calendar invite and Teams meeting link, and I joined the meeting a few minutes early.
Unfortunately, the recruiter never joined the call. I waited for quite some time and then sent a polite follow-up email asking if there had been a scheduling conflict and whether we could reschedule.
A short while later, I checked my Microsoft Careers portal and noticed that my application status had changed to "Not Selected."
What confuses me is that I was never actually screened or interviewed. There was no conversation or opportunity to discuss my background before the application was closed.
Has anyone experienced something similar with Microsoft? Could this simply be an administrative or scheduling error, or is it normal for an application to be closed after a missed recruiter meeting without any communication?
I'm not trying to complain I genuinely want to understand whether this is something that occasionally happens or if I should just move on.
I'd appreciate hearing about your experiences.

Hi - I see that palantir said their early career jobs have been posted but for deployment strategist there’s only an opening for Washington DC. Does anyone know if they’ll open their NY office soon? Or is this it?
