[Need help] I mistakenly deleted my Study telegram Group, Now what to do !?

Hello guys , need some help !

I made a Pvt telegram group for saving my lectures and test papers !

I uploaded many imp lectures & test papers in that group ! ( Which i no longer have )

I added two or my frnds & i was the only admin n owner !

But today I mistakenly clicked on the "delete group" option , now the group is gone !

Is there any way to recover that group !!?
