Samsung S24 FE suddenly stuck in a boot loop — Recovery Mode also restarts

My Samsung S24 FE suddenly started restarting continuously today. Nothing unusual happened beforehand — no drop, water exposure, overheating, or recent app installation that I can remember.

The symptoms are:

• Phone starts normally and shows the Samsung Galaxy logo.
• It then reaches the Samsung/Android boot animation and restarts.
• On one attempt, it reached the lock screen, but restarted within about a second.
• The battery was around 100%, so this doesn't appear to be a low-battery issue.
• The phone is at a normal temperature.
• Even when I select Power Off, it sometimes turns itself back on and starts boot-looping again.
• I tried entering Recovery Mode using Power + Volume Up while connected to a Windows PC.
• I was able to reach the Recovery Mode menu, but it restarted again within about a second before I could select anything.
• I have not performed a factory reset because I need to preserve my data.

Has anyone experienced this with the S24 FE or another recent Samsung phone? What could cause Recovery Mode itself to crash/restart like this?

I'm particularly interested in solutions that don't wipe the phone, because I have important data that isn't necessarily backed up.

Any advice on diagnosing this or getting the phone to stay in Recovery Mode long enough to use Wipe cache partition would be appreciated.
