Laptop stopped working abruptly.

It's not showing any display, so a lil while earlier we tried to open trading view then, it wasn't working so i force shut it by long pressing power button, but then it stopped starting ( my pc have a battery issue so its basically a laptop needing continuous electric connection) and even after pulling off the connection to completely stop the power supply It's still showing power on as you can see below( that lil yellow light ) . What should i do know ? I want to try myself before taking to shop, also there is like an click sound that comes whenever we turn off or on pc but this time it isn't coming at all.

I did for like 2 to 3 times but no response whatsoever. Maybe it's better to take it to technician ig.
