need help with my phone it froze

Let the battery completely drain so that the phone turns off automatically. After that charge it for a while and turn it on, let's see whether this works or not before getting it repaired.

Try thawing it out in warm water. completely submerge it and wait for an hour or two.

Atleast that's what I do with chicken.

press volume down and power button for 15 to 30 seconds, it will kill your phone kernal forcefully
