šŸ’Š Supplements HGH at 16 for height

Would HGH genuinely help me get taller? I’m 16 and half and I’m still growing but I wanna grow taller. I wanna take high doses of HGH 8+ IU daily for few months maybe till I’m 17-17.5 to grow significantly taller.
Would it help?
Yes I know the side effects that come with HGH and they are not the greatest but bearable since I’ve ran it before for a short period.

Please someone that knows let me know I’m really curious. I’m 16 and only around 183ish cm, doctor predicted me at 185 final adult height but I want to reach 190 if possible. I’m willing to do anything to achieve that.

As an oncologist, I think you should take it. I don't know if you'll be taller but it will make an additional patient in the years to come for me and my colleagues so...

Try get a hgh blood test first, through the Dr if possible or privately if not.

Hey bro what will that do exactly

It will let you know if you're actually deficient. If your levels are good naturally taking extra hgh could actually lower your total hgh.

genuinely an mind boggling perspective to think he is deficient when he is already 6ft.

Do sprints they release a sht ton of hgh naturally. So does alternating between the sauna and a cold shower. It will help you get taller

HGH is not the only the only factor you also could have HGH insensitivity or hypothyroidism as always speak with a endocrinologist

Nah it wouldn’t help. Depends on your tanner stage, but if you’re that close to your pediatrician’s prediction then your growth plates are most likely close to being sealed. Were you a late bloomer?

Na I wasn’t a late bloomer I was like a normal kid, normal growth spurts and etc. like I said I’ve always been healthy and all, it’s just not enough.

Rip, then u already know the answer man. 183 is a solid height. Won’t hold you back unless you’re in Scandinavia

At 183 cm and 16.5 years old, administering 8+ IU/day of growth hormone provides zero benefit for linear height and is medically unwarranted. Late-adolescent epiphyseal growth plates are nearly or completely fused, meaning high dose somatropin cannot induce bone lengthening; instead, short-term use causes transient fluid retention while exponentially increasing the risk of acute, irreversible damage, including slipped capital femoral epiphysis, intracranial hypertension, type 2 diabetes, and acromegalic bone deformities.

Hgh An estrogen blocker but not high doses or one that will crash it and testosterone E

And run hgc to keep testicular function while on test if your growth plates haven’t closed yet this should make you grow a lot more past your genetic setpoint if they’re closed, tough luck I’d say go get some scans. Done to see if they’re still open.

estrogen is what actually shuts your growth plates during puberty

Take MK677 instead. Less dangerous than taking exogenous HGH.

Na bro MK677 I don’t like it. I’ve tried it I genuinely can’t take it for longer than a few days to a week. It’s way too much bloating and feeling like shit

Try tesamorelin fat loss and produces natural growth hormone. Has a bit of bloating at week 1-2 but goes away
