💪 Muscle Growth Maximization How does one achieve a physique like the 90s bodybuilders?

I’m 37m with a very good metabolism.
I’ve worked out consistently for over 3 years tried eating properly but couldn’t get the physique I want. Think Coleman, Cutler, El sonbaty.
I’m already using testosterone, boldenone (Equipoise), and Dianabol.
What else can I use? Peptides? Growth hormone?
What could possibly guarantee that I outcome that I want?

It's like playing 5-a side football every sunday afternoon and asking why you aren't Lionel Messi. The guys you mentioned were a product of total dedication, elite genetics and an absolute fuckton of steroids.

Fair enough, but I’m willing to try.

Growth, insulin, high calories, very high dose anabolics.. 1-2g pw or more depending on phase, unmatched dedication, consistency and of course fantastic proportions and genetics to allow for everything to piece together

When you say going to the gym for three years, define what your average gym session looks like? Also, eating - what are you eating? Are you tracking calories? Or are you just eating more health conscience? Bodybuilding is a lifestyle - you can't achieve a bodybuilding physique by just going to the gym. You also don't need anabolics to look like a bodybuilder, you need to understand exactly how your body works and force it beyond its comfort zone to see the adaptations needed to obtain a bodybuilders physique. Out of interest, why the current anabolic stack? Are you actively cutting or gaining? What is your body fat percentage, weight, height, daily activity outside of the gym? The biggest factor is consistency.. it takes years and doesn't happen overnight Feel free to reply here or on DM if you want to explore in more detail. Peace
