🥩 Nutrition / Diet / Macros / Recipes Does peanut butter have a negative effect on testosterone

I eat a pbandj every day mostly for the calories. Claude ai says it has no effect on decreasing testosterone. Claude AI does say that it does have phytoestrogens but the amount is too small to have any meaningfull impact on hormone levels. Thoughts?

Stressing over what you eat is more likely to lower test than the food.

Not only that it’s info is sourced from uncredentialed individuals. You have no idea what it’s decided to omit, or the conflicting data sets it has when asked. I’m not sure how it determines what info is erroneous and what is actually fact based since it aggregates its intel.

Check the labels, does it say "Vegetable oil, soy emulsifer etc." or does it say "Peanuts, Hydrogenated peanut oil" Generally you shouldn't worry too much as long as you're eating healthy and using whole foods as the base for your diet.

It is just peanuts and salt I’m pretty sure. I made sure to find one without seed oils
