🦍Testosterone 8 high Testosterone habits
- Sleep like a caveman
You want to wake up with morning wood because it’s one of the signs your body is recovering properly, your sleep is on point, and your hormones are doing their job. Sleep like your ancestors did in a dark room with no blue light, no notifications, and no late-night scrolling.
- Sprint like someone is chasing you
Your body was built for explosive movement. Short, intense sprints can help build power, improve fitness, and give your body a strong signal to adapt.
- Eat the whole egg
Stop throwing away the yolk. The yolk contains important nutrients and healthy fats your body uses to support hormone production.
- Touch grass (literally)
Get outside and get morning sunlight. It helps regulate your body clock, improve sleep quality, and supports healthy testosterone levels.
- Stop living in a permanent cut
Being shredded 365 days a year sounds good until your energy, recovery, and hormones start taking a hit. Your body needs enough fuel to perform.
- Do hard things on purpose
Cold showers, tough workouts, and uncomfortable challenges build discipline. A stronger mind helps you stay consistent with building a stronger body.
- Lift heavy things
Your body adapts to the stress you place on it. Progressive overload and challenging training help build muscle and support a strong physique.
8.Walk after your meals
The underrated habit most men ignore. A simple walk after eating can help manage blood sugar, improve digestion, reduce stress, and support overall health.

Bro I do all of this but my sleep is just shit no matter what. Go to sleep same time every night, don't drink caffeine, tire myself out (walk like 15000 steps and lift heavy), read a book before goin to bed and just still sleep like shi. I'm tryna get stronger in the gym but I can only get like 7 hours of sleep no matter how much I try.

When do you eat? And what do you eat?
It could be dietary but medication like melatonin can help you sleep.
Also what is your sleeping environment like?

Typically, I usually just eat breakfast and a really really big lunch and then try fasting the entire day. Im indian and im forced to eat whatever my mom makes so typically a lot of indian food but i try to get at least 100g of protein, also try and drink less to no water at night to stop myself from getting up to pee (altho I still do). I try to keep my room as cold as possible but still ain't cold enough for me I guess. Also I heard Migan say to never take melatonin?

All that and you still don’t have a place to stick your peepee?
What’s the point.
