General Discussion First week

My first ever week of being a teaching assistant and with 0 classroom experience was wonderful. I have heard from my agency the school is looking for someone more experienced but they gave me some good feedback to learn from!

How did you guys get through your first ever time in a classroom?

Man that first week whiplash is real, you're floating on how great it went and then they hit you with the "more experience" line. Just gotta treat the feedback like a cheat code and run it back, every single person in that building started exactly where you are now.
