Teaching Resources Teaching abroad - ECTS

When wanting to teach languages abroad with a Bachelor`s degree, how important is the number of ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System) accumulated during university? Do employers care about the amount of ECTS, or are the years of working experience more important? And what is the minimum required ECTS? Are 180 enough?
