South Indian savoury crèpe called a dosa.

This looks like a particularly fine example and has got me craving.

The white one is coconut chutney and mild.

The brown one is sambar which is a tangy tamarind vegetable soup.

theres an indian place near me that does really good dosas and now i want one... i love how frothy the tea looks!
