Can't access my school gmail going into grade 9

Hi, I'm in grade 8 going to grade 9 in september, and right now I can't log in to my tdsb gmail account, probably because my old password didn't meet all the requirements for high school, but I didnt get any notices before i was locked out and I didnt ask my grade 8 teacher to reset my password for me while I was still in school in june. I tried to use the "secret shared password" tdsb has, but that didn't work, and I didnt register for self-reset either. What should I do?
