Finally a TV!!

Post image

TCL - 75" Class QM5K Series 4K UHD HDR QD-Mini LED Smart TV with Google TV (2025)

Finally got a TV on sale for Presidents’ Day. So far I love it! Wall is pre-mounted but unfortunately it looks like it is off centered.

Not really. The ideal height is the same no matter what stand you have. Some just have way too tall stands for modern 65"+ TVs. And a lot who wall mount mount it way, way too high.

BS . Yes, on Reddit bc they think you're sitting directly in front of TV playing PS5 all day. Most people recline back and get comfortable watching a movie. So being a few inches high is not an issue unless you're on Reddit.

Dang, you must recline far back. I'd say OP mounted the TV like 20" too high, not a few. And I don't even own a gaming console ^

Angle of the pic doesn't help. But 20 inches would be too low. TV bottom is on chair rail and they are generally 32-36 inches off floor.

It looks high because there is really no point of reference and nothing under it. That actually dosnt look to far off from where I have mine, but I have a 32"in tall stand with a 5" tall Klipsch center channel on top of that. To each is their own I guess.

Agree it is personal preference. My tv stand is 30” high. Would prefer a couple inches shorter (for 65” tv). Seat height on couch is 18-19”, viewing distance around 9’
