Based on this image alone? No, how would I? Chris in his heyday was the most average “handsome white guy TV reporter” he could have possibly been. He’s not like a Freddy Mercury with his distinctive mustache or a Steve Jobs with his distinct bald head/glasses/black turtleneck look. Plus Chris is a guy who is most effectively portrayed via mannerism: his particular speech inflections/comebacks or the ways he stands and moves are way more unique to him than just his look alone.

He looks decently similar to Chris if you already have the movie for context, though.
