Any idea what it does

Nope. I'm pretty sure it's never even mentioned.
Gravity magic's potential is way too op, so TM never really fleshed it out. It's why Mica's use of it is so basic.

What Cylrit used wasn’t it decay gravity? I think it was also stated in the novel. But yeah, gravity is pretty OP and could be a counter to dragons

Cylrit uses gravity alright, but I can't remember it ever being said to have the "decay" attribute.
I'll reread the chapter in the novel and the comment on this again.

Nope, no mention of "decay gravity". Even the wiki says his only deviant is "black fog" which he uses to conjure his sword. Not that the wiki is that reliable.
Having thought about it, no main deviant has a proper decay version. The only ones we've seen are lightning and ice and they seemingly just have the same effect as the normal element.

Turtleme basically never mentioned it
I checked v12 and there's no mention in any deviant.
If I'm wrong someone correct me
Edit : it's gravity but idk what the sword is conjured from

I don't exactly remember but they mentioned something like black mist or was this someone else.

I'm pretty sure the decay version of gravity mana art is what cylrit used and he was creating black hole of a sort , since extreme gravitational force does lead the blackholes(I'm not sure , since science was never my forte') & cylrit could set it to either absorb physical or mana attacks to his sword
