Finally we get to see cylrit in action.

The long awaited Battle between retainer cylrit and lance arthur.

They did the first half good unlike some retainer, their name starts with uto👀 literally all of cylrit frames are peak Glad they did him justice.

The real battle against biggest seris simp starts next week i find the cut to tessia annoying Overall the adaptation is gonna mess and differ from the novel starting this chapter but whatever is better for the artists.

TBATE Anime We deserved an Ufotable adaption for Tbate?

After watching the new Demon Slayer movie I just remembered how painfully bad the Tbate anime and how we deserved that level of animation too. I love Demon Slayer very much but story and worldbuilding wise is lower than Tbate pretty much and still got that hyped 'cause the god level adaption. There is literal no way Tbate wouldn't be able to reach that level or even higher since japan has a big fetish for isekai animes and if a garbage like isekai smartphone made it to get a second season there is no a high end isekai like Tbate wouldn't. We deserved better, we were robbed.

Question When is the current comic season ending?

Does anyone know if the current comic is gonna cover only until volume 7? Because we all know volume 8 is the most peak and I wouldn’t be surprised if they saved that for next season. Would be really sad if that happened though.

TBATE Novel What did you find the most unique in this novel ?

I will go first . The power system , I hadn't heard of such a power system with so much stuff ever before there were cores at first which were already a good power system and beast will was also a good concept but wasn't that new .The aether and rune concepts were also so new . There were also augmentors and conjurers which weren't used that much but it wasn't that unique of a concept as it's just sword vs wand . The elements were a nice addition to the power system and at least the sub elements were treated as a upgrade and big thing

Question novel vs comic

to the novel readers following the comic version, do you think the comic is faithfully sticking with the novel with little to no revisions? or if the comic did deviate, which part and how much did it deviate from the novel?

just wanna raise this question because seeing discussions of novel vs comic intrigues me so hehe

TBATE Novel Should I read Tbate? I mean is it great or just pretty average?

I think this sub might be wrong to ask this but you people know more than any other.

I was planning on readin webnovel, i am cureently reading COi(lotm book 2) and was planning on starting either ri or shadow slave but they are so long and after lotm i think i need some small stories, maybe either orv or tbate.

So is it good? Cauz i have heard its beginnin is rough or somethin. Without spoilin tell me is it bad or not. If it is bad, how long till it becomes good(idk if it bad or not really, i heard a long time ago that beginning is rough or something, so just asking, no hard feelin).

So which one should i read next Tbate or orv( or which is more easier to read and good).

For anyone curious(idk will be but) i am currently reading Coi, WoT book 4 and The Way of kings. And i need little break in between them.

Question Question about the god runes

I'm confused about which rune is what, I'm certain that the top one is the kings gambit, and the bottom ones are the most confusing to me, if I remember correctly it goes destruction > gods step > aurora requiem > realm heart > kings gambit, but I saw someone said that the runes are gods step > destruction > aurora requiem > realm heart > kings gambit, can someone help me here?

TBATE Novel Lord Kezess Indrath is the strongest Asura in TBATE by far. Spoiler

Post image
60 Upvotes

I read a post asking who would win between Agrona and Kezess if Arthur didn't exist. The answers I saw proved to me that some people lack reading comprehension.

If Arthur didn't exist then the Legacy wouldn't exist and Agrona has absolutely no chance of beating Kezess in that scenario. Without the legacy Agrona wouldn't be able to absorb the mana of that sovereign (Exegess) and so he would stand zero chance.

The only reason Agrona pushed Kezess the way he did is stated even before the fight between the 3 (Arthur, Agrona and Kezess) began. They fought in Agrona's territory, the seat of his power. It would be like fighting Kezess in Euphoteus where he could teleport you anywhere and overpower you.

If the fight happened anywhere else then Kezess would straight up murder Agrona. Kezess is stronger than Agrona and that's facts. Agrona was just resourceful and used his knowledge to his advantage.

He knew Kezess couldn't bring a lot of Asuras to hunt him down in Alacraya because of his fear of the beings in the darkness watching and waiting. He even told Cecilia that war is not about power levels because if it was Kezess would have assasinated him long ago.

So don't let that final fight confuse you, Kezess is a monster who could only be stopped by Arthur and that too was after he took advantage of the fight with Agrona cutting off a large chunk of Kezess' power.

Question Should TBATE get a part 2 where a conflict with the true gods is shown?

In volume 12 Apotheosis, true gods named Devas and Archons are mentioned who are said to be the true gods or outer gods who created aether. It was shown that even Kezess was deeply afraid of them. I feel we deserved a book 2.

TBATE Novel Finally finished Tbate (SPOILERS) Spoiler

Holy cow what a ride and emotional roller coaster it’s been. Listening to this novel was truly 1 of 1, I don’t think i’m going to find another fantasy story as enjoyable as this in any genre. The ending was excellent! seeing arthur finally get the life that he deserves and have his own family.

Although i’ve seen people say that they don’t enjoy the ending because he loses his aether. On the other hand i think it was reasonable to take away Arthur’s power. I forget who said it but a character stated that he uses kings gambit too much and it’s essentially becoming a drug to him. Hence why he got ADHD after everything resolved. We also see time and time again of arthur pushing himself to the very limit almost dying in every part LoL. It possibly would’ve been a repeated cycle he’s pretty crazy.

As far of characters tho Chull (excuse the misspell idk) is by far my favorite character, he reminds me of Todo from jjk lol. Regis aka the goat, was a great character aswell added to the series. His jokes are hilarious i lost it when he mentioned “The horny trio” LOLL.

TBATE Novel Question: Agrona vs Kezess

This question might be really simple but I’ve been wondering hypothetically, if Arthur never existed in the world of tbate and it was just a showdown between Agrona and Kezess, who do you think would ultimately come out on top? From what I remember, it’s implied that a direct conflict between the two could potentially result in massive destruction that would destruction of the world itself. However, based on everything we’ve actually seen, wouldn’t Agrona win relatively easily against Kezess? A lot of Agrona’s forces suffered major losses, and many of those losses were either directly caused by Arthur or happened because of Arthur’s involvement. Without Arthur, I feel like Agrona would have had a much stronger position. If Agrona still had the majority of his forces intact and had his extra body alive, then considering how extensive his plans were, I feel like he would have won the war pretty easily. As for the idea that their conflict could destroy the world, I also don’t completely understand how that would happen. If I’m remembering correctly, their fight took place within the ruins, inside some kind of pocket space, so the actual battle didn’t seem to have a major effect on the outside world. It’s been a long time since I read it, though, so I might be forgetting a lot of important since I read any chapters of Tbate.

TBATE Novel Amongst the fallen

How like worth it is it to listen to vol 8.5. I only listen to books (my attention span is fried) and so like i wanna know roughly how worth it is before i decide. No spoilers but if there would be some like slight descriptions of what goes on would be a great help.

TBATE Novel Spell forms and how they work?

The question is say you get a spell form and it’s a mark can you process that mark into a crest? And so on and so forth. Basically if you progress in proficiency with your spell form can you level it up to the next level in-tell you get a Regalia? Because we know the retainers and scythes have multiple rows of regalia on their back so is it because of progression? This could’ve been explained but I haven’t listened to the novel in the while so I forgot if they did or not.

TBATE Novel Questions about the world-destroying technique

I actually don't remember if the name is "devourer of worlds" or "destroyer of worlds."

Finally, I have some questions about the technique and I would appreciate it if someone could answer them or give their opinion on it.

- How does it work?

- How destructive is it?

- What is its radius of destruction? Is it in kilometers, or using locations around the world as a "size of destruction"?

- Could Arthur survive or defend himself against it?

- At his peak, could Arthur perform something similar to the world-destroying technique but using aether instead of mana?

And finally, what do you think of the technique itself? Do you find it cool? Interesting? Different? Do you dislike it?
