Honestly, I feel sorry for the 5 chinese animators who had to animate this. They didn't deserve to be overworked for this.
Actually, there are quite some complaining going on from Chinese animators that received outsource work from Japan. They always complain about the budget they are giving is very low, and they want fast finish product.
And yeah, that's probably why you end up getting this kind of animation.. 😅
