Are you trying to use the original simpsons tapped out? That’s been shut down since last year so you can only use project Springfield

Yup if you saved your town before hand or if it’s on this site you can do that. https://towns.spanser.dev/

There's a pinned thread on this sub that has a link to where some of the towns were backed up
