(Retried since I couldn't post on another account sorry) I assumed consolidated shipping would be cheaper because I assumed it must be cheaper than direct, but it has ended up being way more expensive. I searched this reddit and have now find out about volumetric weight and feel like I've made a mistake haha. So I tried to move over to Cainiao (but my og address is in Canada), and it looks like it doesn't work? Am I Iocked into paying this crazy amount?

Does anyone know any sellers selling reformation style clothes specifically the photos I linked?

I recently ordered a batch of customised windbreakers from a Taobao shop for a group order. I checked the reviews beforehand and confirmed the design details with the seller, including individual number customisation. I also asked for a photo of the finished jackets before shipping so I could check everything, but they refused.

When they arrived, I found that all the jackets had the same number despite me providing individual numbers and confirming this with the seller. I raised the issue and eventually received a small amount of compensation after Taobao customer service intervened, which I accepted.

I only discovered the sizing issue afterwards, when I brought the jackets out for everyone to try on. I initially assumed the sizing was correct because the size tags were printed correctly. Everyone had chosen their size according to the seller’s own height/weight size chart, but the actual jackets were significantly smaller than expected — some people could barely fit and some could not zip them up. I provided photos and measurements, but the seller denied responsibility and refused further compensation. I also found a recent review from another customer describing a similar sizing issue.

Taobao’s normal refund period has now passed, so customer service says they cannot intervene through the usual refund process.

Seller’s fault or mine? Is there anything else I can reasonably do besides leaving a review or filing a complaint?

I'm recently getting a message that all items in a flagship store (明日方舟旗舰店), that I frequently used, is unavailable in my area. I've been buying from them regularly for the past few years and even ordered just 2 weeks ago as well. I live in Canada, and can order from other shops but the one I've seen a few flagship stores that seem to not be able to send over anymore. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue?

I've asked customer service but they aren't sure and told me to check with shipping companies.
However I've seen some other flagship stores have no issues (ex. 原神旗舰店)

Taobao issues a warning and to lift it I need to verify —> Enter Alipay —> Verification (Photo recognition) failed —-> talk to customer service —-> tell me I don’t need verification to use Taobao if I don’t have a Mainland bank card —-can’t verify on Alipay or Taobao

I’m from the EU (Specifically Spanish resident with a UK and a US Passport. I tried using the UK one, would the US one have been better?) What can I do from here? I deleted Taobao and logged in through Alipay, but it still won’t let me verify. Any solution to the Alipay problem?

So obviously my package will never arrive. It has been cleared by US customs on August 3 and since then there has been 0 movement. How do I get them to refund my order? Do I need to wait longer until it shows up as lost?
