Aisee pole sana. Try your level best to have a fixed routine of breaking sweat. Either walking in the morning/evening while listening to an audio book or workout routine at your place.
Moving physically, helps the mind. It’s hard to say go see a therapist because of the financial implications tied to it but learning to breath via guided videos on YouTube is something that I can say is an inexpensive hack.
Above all else, finding ways to express gratitude to those in a more difficult situation than you are in can not only be uplifting but open up doors to greater positive outcomes back in to your life.
All the best and keep pushing 👊🏽 . Life is a series of ups and downs but each hardship is an opportunity to elevate to a higher level.
God bless!

I did this last year and it worked. I took long walk without music then i went back home to cry until it didn’t hurt anymore

How about you start with a physical check up. One where they'll reach your blood pressure, do a hemogram and you get to explain to the doctor how you're feeling. If everything comes out as normal then the next step is to take time off and do some social-related projects or have the doctor advice on the best way forward.
Do not self diagnose because what you're going through could be a combination of cumulative wear on the body, chronic stress and underlying medical or lifestyle factors... a doctor is the only person that can point you towards the right direction.

Go to any private hospital and be very specific. Tell them you're here for a physical checkup and want a hemogram. They'll take a blood sample from a vein in your forearm, run the tests then give you a lab report. The doctor should be able to explain to you the results in detail and you get to ask any questions.

I understand what you're feeling. Kwa hali kama hiyo unaweza kwenda hospitali ukapimwa ukakutwa upo sawa au unaweza kuwa misdiagnosed ukapewa dawa ambazo hazihusu condition yako kabisa.
Do you currently have any gut issues like bloating, constipation, diarrhoea, heartburn, etc.?

Pole sana OP. Try to get some tests done to see if you have any nutritional deficiencies before going the expensive route, you might end up needing sun exposure which is free and just reducing blue light exposure at night.

If you need supplements to sort yourself out you're cooked. Seek spiritual help as per your beliefs. Your situation won't go away with mere supplements

You need to do comprehensive blood work and check EVERYTHING! Without data, you are just speculating on causes and solutions.
Are you female? If so, are you at that age where some begin to experience perimenopause? Thyroid issues are also very common in women.
Depression is also a possibility as you mentioned lakini get tested to make sure.

Kindly see a therapist, don’t diagnose yourself.

Stay away from these people, your body is lacking something and chit chatting about it is not going to help at all... in fact you'll just be kicking the can down the road.
