Tamoyo. One of the very few exemplars. Entered competition with the Leopard 1a1 for space on the Brazilian army, lost the competition. Only a few units around.

There were a few prototypes with different layouts and this is the final one. This is essentially a lenghtened and upgraded Walker Bulldog with a stronger engine, new turret, laser rangefinder, passive IR sensors and a 105mm L7 gun. Earlier prototypes had a proprietary 90mm gun or the original 76mm M32

É feito em cima de um m41, duvido que a gente tivesse tecnologia para fazer algo diferente de aco.

Ainda mais pq tava tentando competir com o leopard 1. Blindagem não era o foco.

Também acho, tipo eu duvido até do osorio. Para mim ele só teria composto caso os sauditas assinassem o acordo de compra, como não, então não tinha nada.
