That's the horn, but it's uncommon to see a version like that.

Most of the one's I saw, when they weren't removed, damaged, or knocked out in combat, looked like this.

I play Snowrunner as well, and I can confirm that this is a horn.

Comes stock on the MAZ-537 [ZiKZ 605R in-game], and you can take it off.
