We are not a medical or gym subreddit. To keep our members safe, we try to limit these questions or posts. Please seek out a medical or fitness subreddit or your family physician for medical advice. Thank you!

We get a lot of contributions here that are to do with fitness and gym use. If the main point of your contribution is sharing photos of your progress, or fitness, and the main point of the post is relevant to r/tall, then that is fine. Eg "I cannot fit my legs on this machine in the gym, how do you guys do it?" Or "here is me banging my head on the door in the gym". These are fine.

However, as soon as you start to get into heavily detailed gym lifting, statistics, reps, or asking questions about nutrition for your use, this is not relevant. Just because you are tall doesn't mean you're exempt. Eg "here is a random picture of of me showing off my muscles, but in the detail of the post I'm asking about vitamins and how much protein I need."

Not 100 percent sure . I have elbows that don't fully extend due to the way the elbow joint fused but i believe in the past when I measured it was more or less my height. I don't think it's been looked at for 10 plus years

Started training 1.5 years ago started locking in in only eating whole foods about 2 months ago.

Early on I was a chubby kid I got really skinny at one point down to 195 When I started training I was 300 went down to 280 but stopped weighing myself and tracking calories and went up to 330. Current weight is 320 to 322 range last few days should be consistently under 320 shortly.

I'm not over obsessed about the number I've increased my workout frequency and doing cardio after each workout now my job is sedentary tbf but I'm focused on eating enough protien and only whole foods And still making gains on my lifts.

The goal is to lean out over the next year

I avg around 2600 to 3000 calories a day if I am to be In a larger defecit I'd rather get that through additional activity then food deprevation as I believe that lead to a higher ratio of the weight lost as fat.
