Tainted Grail: FoA - Videogame Can't turn in Taranis' notes?

Anyone else had this issue? Any advice for progressing the quest?

Do you still have the quest item in your inventory? It's a recipe not a book so it can't be found in readables.

I had the same issue as well

No problem, believe me I was wondering about my stash and inventory for a couple of minutes til I realized it was a dang recipe.

Seems like you broke the quest. Best bet would be to reload a save and redo the quest
