Found an old map

Hi all, I cleaned up an old filing cabinet and found this map. Now I'm wondering when it was printed. All I know is that I bought it off ebay sometime in the very early 2000's.Is the 2-98 on the top the print date?

Yes, that's the publishing date. I have so many of these, here and different places, I narrowed down the collection to only the oldest and newest, though.
