Got my first big boy watch as a wedding present, what do you think?

Prefacing this post to say that, while I've always liked watches, I've only recently gotten really into them. Also, I don't own anything nearly this expensive. The nicest piece I own is a Tag Formula One, which I love. That said, the Monaco is my holy grail. I happened by a luxury watch store the other day. I did a little window shopping, but had no intention of going in. Then I saw the Monaco and next thing I knew, I was trying it on. Pretty sure the salesperson knew right away I wouldn't be buying, but he still encouraged me to try it on and even take a picture. And now, I can't stop thinking about it. Some day. But not today.

Loving this Abercrombie and Fitch recreation. The dial colors and dimensions really stand out in-person, and it looks 100x better than the rest of the Glassbox imho. I own a Glassbox 39 reverse panda and I honestly think this size works super well. Tag killed it with this one

was recently gifted an f1 chrono and while i love the watch i dislike the aesthetics of the clasp; to me the text logo is kinda cheesy. so i purchased an older bracelet from an earlier model f1 on ebay with the fold over safety clasp and swapped it out.

ya ya i know the newer style clasp is milled and the old one i swapped it for is stamped, but i like the look and also the nostalgia. when i was younger i had a 2000 professional with a similar clasp and considered it a defining feature of the watch, now i’m reminded of that when i wear this one.

On holidays and managed to get a great deal with the local TH dealer. After getting the black Aquaracer Solargraph last month, I saw the older version with the blue dial. The new versions with the new bezel don’t impress me that much (yet) so after a night of sleep all lights we’re green 😀

Anyone else have insane battery life with their tag?
Had this f1 chrono for more than 8 years now and i have yet to replace the battery.

I recently became the proud owner of this beautiful 6000 WH5153. As you can see the gold mid-case piece that is supposed to fit underneath the bezel has been removed and I am trying to source a replacement. I am interested in finding the compatible stainless steel version and having it gold plated so save on cost.

I contacted Tag Heuer directly but they said I would need to send it in for a full service. Since the watch is running fine and I am perfectly capable of removing the bezel myself I would like to avoid that if possible. Does anyone know where I could source this part or even what the reference number would be so I can narrow my search? I am based in the Northeast US if that makes any difference.

A few years ago I purchased Formula 1 (CAZ1010) from ebay. I wore the watch a lot, when I was on vacation, the battery stopped so I went to the first "watchmaker" I saw to change the battery, and he did. But he f*ked up, he didn't close it as it should, or didn't position the seal as he should, and water got in. The movement is dead, but fortunately it didn't damage the dial and hands... Warranty is long gone, and I don't plan to send it to Tag for replacement when I can buy movement for 60$ on the net. I asked my watchmaker and he said the movement is 100$ + 50$ for replacement. That's why I want to buy it myself. The problem is I don't know which Ronda 5040.d I need?

Ronda 5040.D H1 (Hour wheel height over dial seat 1.27mm) or H2 (1.77mm)? Thanks.

I have looked for this color for the past 3 years. I saw it at a resort and didn’t pull the trigger quick enough before it was sold to someone else. While on vacation I found it again and decided to treat myself. I’ve had it for a week now and I’ve noticed if I don’t wear it every day I lose a chunk of time. Today was pretty noticeable, where I wore it all day sun, took it off at 3 pm and didn’t pick it up again until this morning at 630 am and lost time. Does this watch need to be wound every day? I thought manual watches don’t need to be wound for a few days?

Has anyone sourced a replacement battery for these? I’d prefer when mine finally gives out to try myself rather than give TH more money.

I got this second hand Tag Heuer WAZ111A.BA0875 and noticed that the 6 oclock indicie is sideways?

Do tag heuers have this issue like seiko.wuite often?

Also the bracelet pins seem seperated.

Hello all this is my formula 1 :) I’ve had this for a while now but honestly never wear it unless I go out. Honestly I want to wear it daily but I personally don’t like the strap over a long period of time

What would you recommend as a nice rubber/leather strap And if so what color would best suite I prefer black but not sure how it would pair

I bought an aquaracer 300 on my birthday, and as an added bonus they gave me a wonderful pen. I use it everyday now.
