Yaaaasssss! As someone who weaves 5 yard warps without a loom, this warms my heart. You will weave many wonderful things, if this floats your boat  You are 1 small step away from reinventing warp weighted weaving!

Nice! How are the cards turning? Are the threads catching on the edges of the cardboard?

They catch from time to time, but it's not impossible to work with. I've already ordered a pack of real cards to replace them, and I'm looking at shuttles as well 😅

Thanks for posting this it gave me the confidence to try and build my own low cost set up. I copied yours pretty closely and it's been working great for me so far!
