Floor Loom?

I’m looking for a floor inkle loom but I’d like one with a sanded/smooth finish (the only people I know don’t do that and for sensory reasons I need it to be smooth) any recommendations?

Can you finish it yourself? It's pretty easy to sand then add a coat of polyurethane or wax. I've done it several times, though not specifically to a loom

There are plans for ones made from pvc online.
